Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Products

By default, all SuperForged wheels and big brake kits are made-to-order. Every set is built to your specs — that means no cutting corners and no sitting in a warehouse. Please allow 3–5 weeks from order confirmation/production start to shipment for all wheel and brake kit orders. Brakes take less time (about 3 weeks) that wheel orders (about 5). Paid wheel orders requiring any unique customizations will be followed up by a staff member directly.  , our staff will contact you after payment to confirm your details. We will then issue you a render (or proof) for you to examine and approver or change. If we issue a proof, we will not begin any production until the customer approves the proof and we all align on expectations. This is important because when production begins, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO THE ORDER WITHOUT a cost and time penalty. 

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is included on all wheel and brake kit orders to the US, Canada, and internationally. No surprise freight charges at checkout — what you see is what you pay. 


Shipping Zones & Coverage

We ship worldwide. Our three primary zones are:

  • United States — Included shipping, no additional fees
  • Canada — Included shipping, no additional fees
  • International — Included shipping to most countries; see Duties & Taxes below

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders outside the US and Canada, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before ordering. SuperForged Wheels is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tracking Your Order

All orders include shipment tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. A member of our staff may also reach out asa well. 

We use Route Package Protection to provide real-time tracking and shipping insurance on your order. Route gives you visibility into your shipment and a straightforward claims process if something goes wrong in transit.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

  1. Document everything — photograph any damage to the packaging and product immediately upon receipt.
  2. File a claim through Route — use your Route tracking link or the Route app to initiate a claim.
  3. Contact us — reach out to our team and we'll work with you to make it right. Do not delay and don't worry about giving us a hassle - this is your investment.

We stand behind every product we ship. If Route doesn't resolve your issue, we will.


Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items

Apparel and branded merchandise are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners and ship separately from wheels and brake kits. Estimated delivery times for apparel:

  • US: 5–10 business days
  • Canada & International: 10–20 business days

Apparel orders do not include Route protection by default. Shipping costs for apparel are calculated at checkout.
