Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on made-to-order parts.
We do not accept returns for made-to-order products. If you believe that you have a defective product or warranty claim please contact us to discuss so we can determine if the product should be reviewed.
If your warranty claim is deemed to be reviewable, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your product/package so we can review it. Items sent back to us without being deemed reviewable will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
For warranty claims that we deem to be reviewable, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the claim is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given options for remediation such as, but not limited to, repair or replacement. We will not refund a warranty claim. If you don’t hear from us and more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your warranty claim, we somehow messed something up so please contact us at bruce@superforgedwheels.com.
