At SuperForged we design and manufacture forged wheels for performance trucks and SUVs. Each wheel is created from a billet of 6061 aerospace grade aluminum alloy which we heat, harden, and forge to size. The forging process results in a more dense metallic structure that is 25% lighter and 3 times stronger than cast or flow formed wheels.

When it comes to finishes we go in deep. SuperForged spares no detail for durability. Each wheel goes through a 3 x 3 finishing process consisting of powder coating + baking + painting + baking + powder coating + baking again. Thats 3 layers of durability and depth.
Made-to-Order
Every wheel we make is made-to-order. This means that you have semi-custom options available to you at not extra charge.
Tiny spokes don’t always belong on performance SUVs. Knowing this we set out to design a 22 inch variant of the Ford Explorer’s already awesome OEM 21" Street Pack wheel. To be clear, we love the street pack wheel but its way to heavy and owners told us they wanted to upgrade to a 22 inch wheel. but there were little options that helped them keep the ST's classy look of the OEM wheels. So we set out to design a wheel inspired by the OEM 7 spoke wheel. Our version, though, would focus on looks by filling the wheel gaps better while still providing that OEM look. In person, the Baller commands attention. At slow speeds the spokes memorize admirers as they slowly rotate in the sun. When it comes to performance, at speed the Baller performs exceptionally due to the lightweight design provided by our forged construction. All told, the Baller is a clean and intimidating beast that sits at about 33lbs at 22x10.5!
